KB’s Grand Opening

Hello all you homeowners & renters in Orchards land!

Just wanted to let everyone know that KB will be having their Grand Opening of the model homes and subsequently the viewing of the model homes this coming week.

KB has requested that the gates to the community be left open for the viewing times.  The HOA Board has decided to grant them this request.  Below are the days and times the gates will be open.

July 22 3pm-6pm

July 23 3pm-6pm

July 24 10am-5pm

If you see the gates open any time other than those listed please contact enTrust to let them know that the gates are open.

    Question: Since KB is planting trees in the parking strip, is it now ok for all of us or did they mess up?

    I do not like that they planted a tree in an area that no one else has trees in. What were they thinking?. So the question still is open, is this a new thing that home owners can plant there or are they going to take it off when they leave.
