Do you want to serve on the Architectual Review Committee?

Hello everyone in Orchards land!  The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is looking for at least 3 individuals who would like to volunteer to serve on the committee.

Let me give you some details about the ARC.  The ARC consists of homeowners who review all requests that are submitted through enTrust that pertains to anything dealing with changing the exterior of your home.  The present ARC performs all reviews via email, occasionally by phone, and very rarely in person.  How this works is when a homeowner wishes to add/subtract or just change something on the exterior of the home they need to fill out a form stating their intentions and submit it to enTrust who then in turn forwards it to the members of the ARC.  The ARC then reviews the information on the form and determines if it is acceptable to approve as is, approve with exceptions, or to deny completely.  The decision is then passed along to enTrust who then informs the homeowner of the decision of the ARC.

If you’re interested please submit a small reason why you would like to serve on the ARC to Pat at enTrust.  You must be a homeowner to serve on this committee and be in good standing with the HOA.

If you are just wanting to serve on the committee to control what your neighbor is doing, please don’t apply.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely

Travis Reilly

Orchards HOA Board Member.
