    1. I am tired of the fireworks, is anyone else? when will they end?
    2. has anyone noticed washout damage to gravel in front yard on street side of sidewalks? Is this responsibility of homeowner or HOA?
    3. since when do we have security car in neighborhood? any info on this?

  2. webmaster says:

    Hello,

    2. I will ask at our next Board meeting… but my guess is that the HO is responsible for their own yard while the HOA will be responsible for the common areas.
    3. Parking enforcement started earlier this summer. Notices were sent out via snail mail as well as posted electronically and on signs near the gates.

I’m beyond tired of the illegal fireworks set off on the east end of McMichael.
I’m tired of them still shooting them off as recent as last night.
When AFD had the hotline going to call in to report the illegal fireworks, you could not get through.

  4. J & J says:

Agree with DGray-Wurz…I hear thunderous explosions consistently from that part of the neighborhood, at all hours of the night. Our dogs freak out, and wake the neighbors. Have some decency.
